OAKLAND CHRISTIAN LANCER FOOTBALL ADVANCES TO DISTRICT FINAL

The Auburn Hills Oakland Christian Lancers football team advanced to the District Championship with a dominating 34-6 victory over league rival Sterling Heights Parkway Christian on Friday night at Fraser High School.

The Lancers won their first football playoff game in school history with a dominating defense.  The Lancers held Parkway Christian to 132 yards in total offense.  Reece McConnell led the defense with ten tackles.

Hunter Washington ran for 217 yards and three touchdowns.  Josh Siminski ran for a touchdown and threw a touchdown pass to Seth Williams.

The Lancers travel to Clarkston Everest Academy on Friday night at 7:00pm for the District Championship.
