Daniel Siminski Player of the Week

Congratulations to Daniel Siminski was named the Metro Detroit Player of the Week in Football. Daniel won the honor by winning a vote over eight other nominees. Daniel received 30,359 votes. Second place in the voting was Cam Burford from Stoney Creek with 22,972 votes. The link below will take you to the MLive article.

Lancers Defeat Whitmore Lake 21-7

Oakland Christian defeated the defending MIAC champions Whitmore Lake Trojans 21-7 in Auburn Hills.  Last year these two teams finished 1 and 2 in the MIAC with Whitmore Lake pounding the Lancers 66-33. Lancers Defeat Inter-City 1-0

Men’s Varsity Soccer took the field this afternoon in an important conference match against Inter City Baptist. It was even the first half as the Lancers had chances but were not able to capitalize going into halftime 0-0. It was a different story in the second half as OCS came out with energy and effort.

Lancer Football Defeats Parkway Christian 40-0

Oakland Christian improved to 2-0 on the season with its second straight shoutout. Dan Siminski rushed for two touchdowns (37 rushing) and threw for three in just over two quarters of play. He finished 12-17 for 232 yards passing. Mason Kolb had 106 yards receiving and Lake Patterson had 55 yards receiving and 2 touchdowns.
